NEWMAC Men Claim Four All-American Nods on Day Two of NCAA Swimming & Diving Championship

INDIANAPOLIS, IN. – The NEWMAC captured four All-America honors on day two of the 2026 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships, hosted at the IU Natatorium. 

United States Coast Guard Academy junior swimmer Noah Reice  placed fourth overall in the 100-yard butterfly, with a time of 47.40 seconds. The placement marks back-to-back All-American distinctions in the event for Reice, who was an Honorable Mention at last year's meet. MIT's Bryce Roberts took 14th in the event, with a time of 48.52. Roberts got his eighth All-America honor and second in the event. 

In the 400 IM, Grant Hu earned a sixth-place finish with a time of 3:52.55. Hu tallied his seventh All-America honor and second of the meet. 

In the 200 Free, Evan Wong took 15th in 1:38.85 to earn his first All-America honor. 

Day three begins tomorrow, Friday, March 20, with prelims at 10:00 AM followed by the finals at 6:00 PM. Day three events will be the 200 Medley Relay, 200 Fly, 100 Back, 100 Breast, and 800 Free Relay.
