Mosher led WPI to a runner-up finish at Saturday's Cardinal Invitational, hosted by Wesleyan placing second individually in a nationally ranked field. The graduate student covered the 8K course in a personal-best 24:16.7, finishing just 4.3 seconds behind individual champion Dylan Cote of Wesleyan. Mosher's performance helped the No. 28 Engineers score 62 points and finish ahead of No. 17 Wesleyan and No. 12 Washington and Lee while trailing only No. 20 Amherst. His time was the fastest 8K of his career and made him the top WPI finisher among the 131 competitors.
