Pitcher of the Week- Nolan Romanowski (So., P), Salve Regina University Â

Nolan Romanowski (Wynantskill, N.Y.) had a pair of starts for the Seahawks (4-1) and allowed just one run over 14 innings, limiting the opposition to eight hits while striking out 11 batters. The 2-and-0 right-hander threw 153 pitches over the two starts and issued just two free passes.

Offensive Player of the Week- Shane Williams (Sr., OF), Salve Regina University Â

Shane Williams (Georgetown, Mass.) reached base safely and scored at least one run in all five games for the Seahawks (4-1). On the base paths, he was 3-for-3 in steals and came home to score a dozen (12) runs in five games. He drove in a baker's dozen (13) with eight hits (and a pair of sacrifice flies), which included a double and two home runs (one of them a grand slam).

Offensive Player of the Week – Joey Allen (Gr., A), Babson College

Joey Allen (Philadelphia, Pa.) scored a career-high five goals and matched his career high with eight points as No. 20/20 Babson knocked off No. 4/5 RIT 16-12 on Saturday. He recorded a pair of goals in the first quarter, had a goal and an assist in the second, and tallied twice in the third as the Beavers built a six-goal lead and defeated their first opponent ranked in the top five in both polls in program history.Â

Defensive Player of the Week – Ian Cote (Sr., GK), Springfield College

Ian Cote (Lake Stevens, Wash.) led Springfield to a thrilling 9-8 win against Union on Thursday as he made a career-high 20 saves, with a .714 save percentage for the Pride. He was also credited with the first win of his collegiate career between the pipes this week in the victory over the Garnet Chargers.

Face Off Specialist of the Week – Chris Bodnaruk (Jr. FOM), Wheaton College Â

Chris Bodnaruk (Andover, Mass.) was brilliant in the Lyons' lone game of the week, winning 15 of 20 draws for a 75% success rate, while picking up a game-high six ground balls in a 17-7 win over visiting University of Saint Joseph (Conn.) on February 28.

Offensive Player of the Week – Emi Bisson (Sr., A), Mount Holyoke College

Emi Bisson (Chester, Conn.) led the Lyons to a 2-0 start with 18 points (10 goals, 8 assists) in wins over Elms and UMaine-Farmington. Bisson tallied her 200th career point on Sunday and ranks sixth all-time with 207 points in 49 games for the Lyons.

Defensive Player of the Week – Brooke Testa (Sr., GK), Smith College

Brooke Testa (Pittstown, N.J.) totaled 17 saves in two wins for the Smith College lacrosse team. She made eight stops without allowing a goal in 30 minutes of action against Emmanuel and saved nine shots in Smith's 11-10 victory over Western New England.

Alexander Merson (Palisades Park, N.J.) went 2-0 at number one singles as No. 12 Babson split its matches against a pair of nationally-ranked foes. He defeated Niklas von Hellens 6-3, 7-6 (7-4) in Saturday's 7-0 sweep of No. 27 NYU and then outlasted Javier Gonzalez 7-6, 7-5 to earn the Beavers' lone point in Sunday's 6-1 loss to No. 3 Tufts.Â

They cruised to a 6-0 victory over Shido Ito and Jeh-Lei Fan in Saturday's 7-0 sweep of No. 27 NYU and followed it up with another 6-0 shutout of Javier Gonzalez and Kaetan Mehta in the Beavers' loss to No. 3 Tufts on Sunday.Â

Matia Cristiani (San Salvador, El Salvador) went 2-0 at number one singles to help No. 9 Babson defeat 24th-ranked NYU and 10th-ranked Bowdoin over the weekend. She was a 7-6, 6-1 winner over 13th-ranked Victoria Wang in the Beavers' 4-1 victory over NYU and then cruised past Cara Hung 6-1, 6-4 to match the program record with her 99th career singles win in addition to reaching 200 combined wins for her career as the Beavers defeated the Polar Bears, 4-3, on Sunday.Â

Matia Cristiani (San Salvador, El Salvador) and
Sandra Sikharulidze (Kyiv, Ukraine) went 2-0 at number one doubles as No. 9 Babson stayed unbeaten with victories over No. 24 NYU and 10th-ranked Bowdoin. The Beavers' top pairing defeated Sophia Yang and Visnja Gusavac 6-4 in the 4-1 triumph over NYU and were 6-3 winners over Isabella Hartung and Zoe Sun in Sunday's 4-3 decision over the Polar Bears.Â
