WESTWOOD, Mass. - The NEWMAC is excited to announce the Women's Lacrosse 25-Year All-NEWMAC Team, in recognition of the historic 25th Anniversary season. A total of 28 student-athletes have been recognized, as announced by the conference office on Thursday. The honored team was voted on by the membership.
A total of six institutions were represented on the team, with Springfield and Babson leading the way with eight honorees a piece. Next was Wheaton with five, followed by Wellesley with four and MIT with three. Mount Holyoke rounded out the team with one selection.
The team features nineteen Athlete of the Year honorees, three of which were multi-year recipients. Additionally, there were four Defensive Player of the Year selections honored. Combined, the group earned a total of 74 first team All-NEWMAC nods. There are 16 All-Region performers and four All-American performers within the group. Current MIT head coach

Springfield's
Kristen Mullady was voted as the top coach from the past 25 years. She is a four-time NEWMAC Coach of the Year selection, as well as the Regional Coach of the Year in 2021. In her 13 seasons with the Pride, she owned a 143-77 record and made six appearances in the NCAA Division III Championship Tournament. Her teams captured five NEWMAC Regular-Season Championships and five NEWMAC Tournament Championships. In 2016, she led her squad to the NCAA Division III Championship Sweet 16 for the first time in program history.

The women's lacrosse 25-Year All-NEWMAC Team was voted on by current women's lacrosse coaches and sports information directors at the conference's ten member institutions. Voters were asked to rank student-athletes and were not allowed to vote for members or coaches from their own institution. To be eligible for the 25th anniversary team, student-athletes must have been recognized on the NEWMAC First-Team All-Conference team at least twice, and/or earned Player of the Year honors. Coaches must have coached in the NEWMAC for a minimum of 10 seasons.
