Babson College had a program record eight players named to the team, while MIT had one selection. In addition, four were named USA Lacrosse All-Americans.

Babson senior Bennett Smith (Lake Oswego, Ore.) and sophomore Andrew Almquist (Wakefield, Mass.) both landed on the USILA second team, while Almquist also picked up a USA Lacrosse honorable mention nod. Graduate student Joey Allen (Philadelphia, Pa.) and senior Tyee Ambrosh (Danvers, Mass.) earned honorable mention nods from both organizations. Beau Burns (Washington, D.C.) was a third-team USA Lacrosse All-American, and added USILA honorable mention recognition. Mason Dorr (Concord, Mass.) and  juniors Bruno Batty (Jamaica Plain, Mass.) and Ryan St. Onge (Avon, Conn.) were also recognized on the USILA honorable mention team, along with MIT's Garrett Campagna (Lancaster, Pa.).

Smith put together the best season of his career, as a season producing career highs in goals (29), points (62), ground balls (40), and caused turnovers (10) while totaling a team-high 33 assists in 21 games. Selected as the NEWMAC Player of the Year earlier this month, Smith produced a point in every contest and finished with seven goals and 10 assists for 17 points in five postseason outings.

Almquist put together one of the best seasons by a Babson goalkeeper in program history this spring, going 18-3 with an 8.94 goals against average and a .590 save percentage in 21 starts. He set single-season program records for wins, saves (258), and minutes played (1200:43), and ranked 20th in Division III in save percentage and 32nd nationally in goals against average. Additionally, Almquist made at least 13 saves in 11 contests and finished the year with 48 ground balls and seven caused turnovers.

Allen, who came to Babson from Washington & Lee, earned USILA All-America honorable mention laurels for the second year in a row after leading the team in scoring with 47 goals and 26 assists for 73 points, which is tied for fifth on the program's single-season scoring list. He scored at least three times in nine contests, which included a season-high five goals in both matchups versus RIT, and ranked 12th in Division III with a team-high 10 man-up tallies.

A transfer from Bowdoin, Burns had one of the best seasons in school history, winning a program-best 72.4 percent of his face-offs (212-of-293) while scooping up 146 ground balls over 18 games. He ranked second on the Beavers' single-season list in ground balls and third in face-off wins in addition to ranking seventh in Division III in face-off winning percentage and 32nd nationally in ground balls per game (8.11).

The team leader in forced turnovers, he finished with two or more in seven contests in addition to providing two goals and two assists for four points.

After having just four long poles earn All-America honors in the history of the program, Batty, Dorr and St. Onge were all recognized after helping the Beavers finish with their lowest goals against average since 2015 this spring. Batty set new career highs with 29 ground balls and 13 caused turnovers.
