The National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) has announced its All-Region honorees. 386 student-athletes nationwide earned All-Region recognition, and 17 of 38 from Region II were NEWMAC student-athletes.
WPI led the way with six selections, including four first-team honors. MIT had four honorees, while Wheaton College had three, and Smith College, Springfield College, and Wellesley College each had one.
All NFCA All-Region honorees advance for consideration to the three NFCA Division III All-America squads, which will be announced May 27.
