Katie Sarnacki, Springfield (So., A – Grandby, Mass.)

Sarnacki, a sophomore attack for Springfield College, had an outstanding week for the Pride as she registered 18 points on eight goals and 10 assists in wins over Smith and Wheaton this past week. Sarnacki, who went 2-for-5 on free-position chances, also pulled in three ground balls. The sophomore posted matching four-goal and five-assist performances in the two contests, as she helped the maroon and white push its winning streak to four games.

Barr had an impressive week for the No. 32 MIT men's tennis team that featured a pair of wins in NEWMAC action and a three-set win (1-6, 6-1, 6-3) over David Aizenberg, who is ranked 12th in New England, after being a set down on Friday. Barr swept both Javier Esteban de Celis of Wheaton (6-0, 6-2) and Tom Hackett of Coast Guard (6-2, 7-6) to help MIT improve to 4-0 in league play.
