Graduate student Cameron Whiteford (Centerville, Md.) made three appearances in the circle and went 2-0 with a 0.00 ERA, a 0.58 WHIP, two shutouts, a no-hitter and 20 strikeouts against just three walks over 15.1 innings. She fanned 10 to record her second no-hitter of the season in Thursday’s 3-0 win over Bates and followed it up with her fifth shutout of the year, striking out eight and scattering five hits to lead the Beavers to a 1-0 victory over Salve Regina on Sunday.
