Singles Player of the Week – Matia Cristiani (Jr.), Babson College
 
Junior Matia Crisitani (San Salvador, El Salvador) went 2-0 with wins at both number one and number two singles for Babson. She cruised past Kara Greenlee 6-1, 6-0 at number one in Tuesday’s 7-0 win at Wheaton and then defeated 33rd-ranked Amy Cui of Amherst, 6-4, 6-4, at number two to extend her personal winning streak to 17 matches in the Beavers’ 4-3 loss to No. 13 Amherst on Saturday. 
 
Doubles Team of the Week – Matia Cristiani & Olivia Soffer, Babson College
 
Olivia Soffer and Matia Cristiani went 2-0 at number one doubles to extend their winning streak to 10 matches. They cruised to a 6-0 triumph over Kara Greenlee and Alissa Ortiz in Tuesday’s 7-0 win over Wheaton and followed it up with a 6-4 victory over 22nd-ranked Lily Dounchis and Delialia Friedman of Amherst on Saturday in a rematch of last year’s NCAA doubles semifinals.
