Athlete of the Week- Mikayla Cable (Sr., UTL), MIT
 
Senior Mikayla Cable (Valrico, Fla.) posted a .632 batting average, going 12-19 during a 4-2 week for the MIT softball team. Cable recorded five multi-hit games for the Engineers and recorded an OBP of .667 and a .895 slugging percentage. She collected three extra base hits (two doubles and a homer) to go with two walks and three stolen bases. Additionally, her four RBI during the week give her 100 for her career, making her just the second player in program history to eclipse the 100 RBI mark. She now sits sixth in the NEWMAC with a .420 batting average.
