High School Cumberland Defensive Athlete of the Week- Connor Almstrom (Sr., GK), Wheaton College Senior Connor Almstrom (Cumberland, R.I.) was instrumental in Wheaton's 2-0 week, stopping 28 shots to post a 62.2% save mark, while owning an 8.80 goals against average. The senior began the week by denying 16 shots to help preserve an 11-10 victory over visiting Roger Williams University to give the Lyons their first win over the Hawks since 2005. Almstrom capped the week by stopping 12 of 19 shots in 55:48 of action in a 15-9 win at University of Saint Joseph (Conn.) on March 8.
