Senior Jojo Powers (Dedham, Mass.) powered Salve Regina to a 2-0 week in NEWMAC action, winning at home against MIT and on the road at Springfield. Powers was the high scorer in both Seahawk victories (25 and 24 points) and finished the week making 16-of-25 (.640) from the floor, 7-of-10 (.700) from long range and totaled 10 free throws made. Powers also dished out 10 assists and made seven steals on the week.
