Athlete of the Week- Virginia McKinney (Jr., OF), WPI
 
Junior Virginia McKinney (Larchmont, N.Y.) paced the WPI offense during a 5–1 week, batting .522 (12-for-23) with nine runs scored, eight RBI, and four stolen bases. The sophomore delivered a signature performance in a doubleheader sweep of Brandeis, highlighted by a 4-for-5 effort with four runs scored, six RBI, and two home runs in the nightcap after adding a multi-hit game in the opener. The centerfielder continued her strong play in conference action at Babson, collecting three hits, including a double, and driving in a run to help secure a key NEWMAC victory. McKinney added another multi-hit performance in Saturday’s sweep of Coast Guard, finishing the week with four multi-hit games.
