First year Aliaun Iscandari (Hawthorne, Calif.) averaged 23.7 points, 4.7 steals, 3.7 assists, and 3.7 rebounds in three games played as the Cougars posted a pair of NEWMAC wins this week. The first-year netted a career-high 33 points, eight steals, six assists, and five rebounds in an 83-75 victory Coast Guard on Tuesday night. He added 18 points, three assists, and three rebounds in an 83-62 road win against Emerson. In a road contest at Wheaton, Iscandari scored 20 points, four steals, and three rebounds on Saturday afternoon.
